To The General Public
It has come to the Knowledge of the management of our esteemed Company, GPEC Global Resources Limited, the erroneous article and false publication written by one Mr Lawal Opeyemi and his cohort Fisayo Soyombo of Foundation for Investigative journalism and Social Justice in conspiracy with our former client Mr. Tolulope Francis Elusiyan, published Novermber 11th, 2022, who claimed duped by our prestigious company.
The Fact
Mr. Elusiyan Francis Tolulope came to our office in order to employ our services to process his 70% scholarship admission to study at masters level in Spain. As a result of a formal agreement was made and a sum of #210,000 (two hundred and ten thousand Naira only) was paid as a part payment for the professional services.
The Company, GPEC, delivered her part of the agreements, got admission for him at Schellhammer Business School for a year course In Master of Global Leadership, academic year October 3rd 2022 to May 3rd 2023. The evidence is herein attached.
Unfortunately, Mr. Tolulope claimed he was unable to pay the Tuition fee of €1200 (one thousand two hundred euro) using Form A at the due date. However, we chose to render assistance to help him to make the payment through our contact in Europe but he failed to follow our instructions.
Furthermore, we booked for his visa legalization at the embassy of Spain in Lagos, which he failed (again) to show up at the embassy. The evidence is herein attached
To our shock and dismay, our attention was drawn to a defamatory publication published by the Foundation for Investigative Journalism and Social Justice, having the names of Opeyemi Lawal and Fisayo Soyombo
These self acclaimed journalists did not contact us for verification or hear the side of our story before the false publication was published … what an unprofessional way of journalism! So much for Journalists as fact finders.
Mr. Opeyemi Lawal and Fisayo Soyombo of foundation for investigative Journalism and social justice pushed this scandalous news BEFORE contacting our office and the mail that was sent is herein attached as an evidence which is on the same day this misleading and concocted publication was published and it’s herein attached.
Consequently, a formal report was made to the police at the Police headquarters at Eleyele Ibadan, Oyo State and a letter of invitation was sent to them to substantiate the allegations made in the publication but these miscreants and law defiling citizens have been on the run and dishonored the invitation by the police.
A letter of invitation has been sent by the Police Force, Command “X” squad, state headquaters, Eleyele, Ibadan, Oyo state, by the officer in charge, CSP Akinlabi Ogundile to both concerned and a copy of this letter is herein attached.
Conclusively, we hereby denounce and reject this falsely and concocted publication well crafted and published to defame our reputations, GPEC GLOBAL RESOURCES LTD in its totality for lack of merits, truth, validity and good conscience.
